Wanderlust 2026 Tickets and Sponsorships Now Available for Rural Gone Urban Foundation’s Annual Fundraising Gala
Sofie and the New Relics
Wanderlust, the annual fundraising gala hosted by the Rural Gone Urban Foundation, returns Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, to the Will Rogers Theatre. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are now officially open to the public.
The event, known for its laid-back elegance and no-fluff mission, supports rural women through scholarships, small business grants, and Love Bombs—no-questions-asked grants for women navigating the trenches of cancer treatment.

This year’s featured performer is Sofie and the New Relics, an emerging Southern rock-country band out of Central Arkansas. Fronted by Sofie Smithson, the group recently opened for Sawyer Brown at the Ryman Auditorium and has been gaining attention for its gritty, soulful sound.
“This isn’t just a fundraiser. It’s how we show up for rural women who are doing the hard things—starting businesses from bunkhouses, applying to college when no one thinks they’ll make it, or making memories between rounds of treatment,” said Brooke Taylor, founder and board chair of the Rural Gone Urban Foundation. “Wanderlust gives them more than financial support. It gives them a spotlight.”
Nikki Snider, Wanderlust Committee Chair, added: “Every year this night reminds us of what’s possible when women and their communities rally together. Wanderlust is equal parts fun and impact—it’s proof that doing good and having a good time aren’t mutually exclusive.”
Now in its third year, Wanderlust has become a signature event for the foundation, drawing a growing crowd of donors, business leaders, and advocates who want to make a difference and enjoy a good steak and great music while they’re at it.
Individual tickets, VIP tables, and sponsorship packages are now available online. The foundation expects tables to sell quickly and encourages early registration.
