Laura Morris (@create_morr1 on Instagram) was in the best shape of her life. Fit and fabulous, she married her high school sweetheart, worked in education and eventually became a mom to two young children. Then came the Stage 3C, Triple Negative Breast Cancer and things got real. 

"Cancer has changed my bullshit meter - I don't want to work with or be around people who waste their time on things that don't matter. I want to surround myself with people who want to be better and do better, who want to help others be the best version of themselves because we are HERE and we CAN!"

Laura wants to share her story "so that thrivers and survivors can feel less alone." She plans to one day write a book sharing the unedited version of her cancer journey. 

But for now, she just wants to take a trip with her six-year-old daughter and three-year-old son. The Love Bomb is here to help with that, and we can't wait to read your book!

Love Bombs Committee

The Love Bombs committee is comprised of women who received their very own invitation to the cancer club and walked unique paths of survivorship and active treatment.

Whatever you want to call the financial contribution, Rural Gone Urban Foundation Inc. awards judgment-free grants to women in the ring with cancer who are focused on establishing a living legacy for their loved ones.

Because sometimes you just need someone in your corner.
